jeff chong on leadership The moment we are fearful to say the Word of God as it is... we have lost the plot! Our authority doesn't come from our seniority. Our authority comes from the Word. Leaders, we are accountable to God to do a good job. This whole issue about feeling incapable is rubbish. The truth is none of us is capable! The issue is not our incapability.
