bringing the house down

the weekend's awfully fantastic! God's awesome!!

actually saturday began w potential disaster - it's raining!
i opened my window n started prayin like mad... NOT TODAY!!
blow the rain to batam or wherever, just not here, please!
true enough, just after i showered, God's answered prayer #1 =)

when i reached nexus, everyone's busy w full-dress rehearsal
finally, minutes before walk-in, we just frantically shouted: God, help us!!
then things started with a bang (literally, courtesy of walmond)
the atmosphere was just mad!!
u can't deny that simon is uber-cool! and EC is poise personified, ha!
and thanks to the JC girls screaming "go, samuel!" or "cheng cheng!!",
anyone who walked in would think sam must be some sort of idol...

every part of the medley, from the scary to the sweet, was very well done!
so a big round of applause to ywam n all those who've worked real hard
we really did bring the house down!
it was a great opening.. and God answered prayer #2 =)

last but not least, we all prayed for friends who didnt know Jesus yet
thruout sermon n during altar call, i kept praying they'll hear His voice
and that day 66 friends opened their hearts to Jesus
for us it may be just another day... but for these 66 young people,
it's a day that changed their entire destiny and eternity
that's also God answering prayer #3 =)

and yHope, i wanna applaud all of u! i know all of u have given ur best!
and if u've yet seen your friend receiving Jesus,
remember faith. remember perseverance. remember to rely on God.

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time
