batherapy (noun: therapy using bubble bath, shower bath, etc.)

whoosh... seriously, there's nothing more relaxing and sleep-inducing than a hot shower before bedtime! this nightly ritual is also a time to reflect on my day and to wash off toxic thoughts and emotional baggage - i can say it's part of my quiet time with God hoho! by the time i'm out of the shower, i'm ready to continue with reading and/or journaling (thus this entry...)

my conversation with God just now revolved around:
1) was all of my today's labour prompted by love?
2) use things; serve God; love people - dont mix up the verb-noun pairing
3) tamar's coming back next week, yay!
4) how to inspire every y-hope to go to the life-changing camp? so that no one misses out!!
5) hope i wont cry buckets in our youth's 8th anniversary next fri

for now, i just melt myself to sleep in God's rest...
