if taking care of a CG means taking care of seven brats and taking care of a unit means taking care of 20 tykes, cant believe how i'm supposed to look out for 200+ kids of all ages and sizes! think i'm worrying so much that one day i'll tear all my hair out (good then, no need to style it anymore)! yep yep, u cant find any other 25-year-old out there as naggy as me... how can i not? i haf to dispense advises ranging from schoolwork ("why r u NOT studying?"), fashion ("u r wearing that?!?"), family issues ("haf u bought mother's day gift?"), heartaches & heartbreaks ("yes dear, the best is worth waiting for") to doctrines ("ah, da vinci code, let's talk abt that")... as all burnt-out housewives would do, let me re-call why i'm doing wat i'm doing...

the rewards being a spiritual mom to these pip-squeaks:
* occassional encouragement cards
* home-baked cookies
* occassional toblerone black or ritter sports rum & raisin
* sweet SMS-es from the gals
* seeing the boys turn into men
* seeing the men turn into boys (during bros nite)
* seeing biblical decision-making, spiritual growth and amazing transformation in the lives of the people

oh well, the maths do add up... hahahahahaha... =D
fine, wat's worth doing deserves nothin less than my very best! so then, back to housework!

We are created for community, fashioned for fellowship and formed for a family. None of us can fulfill God's purposes by ourselves. We are called not to just believe but to belong. None of us is immune to temptation. God knows this so He assigned us shepherds so that we can keep each other on track. The Christian life is more than just commitment to Christ; it includes a commitment to other Christians.
