i think the greatest invention of the century must be SALONPAS MUSCLE MOUSSE. those of u who r suffering from muscle ache in the aftermath of sunday's AXIS outing must try this mousse! it crackles on ur skin and gives instantaneous cooling. eh i sound like a cheesy advertisement here. no, am not a shareholder of salonpas but seriously, i offered it to my sis and she was so grateful for it! i actually received it as a birfday gift from someone who rates my physical fitness as no different from an 'ah-mah'.

anyway, the outing was great! seeing all of u running around was really funny - not to mention i actually saw two ppl comically running into a tree and got slammed (but they r not hurt lah or else i wouldnt laugh) ...hope we can do this more often. lookin fwd to our family day on 7th sep!

gotta get some sleep now. spent the early part of my day at changi again. supposed to send ho yue off to toronto but we missed him cos his flight was postponed and we didnt know. sigh... nvm, at least joseph got to talk to him.
