today's svc is very praise-y! really learnt from the sermon, too - reminded of the basics: pure heart, sound mind, skillful hands (hafnt talked abt this for long)

saw a health program on TV mobile. was reminded i used to haf mild OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) - used to wash my hair three times a day and still feel it's not clean enough! not to mention my methodical ways of arranging stuffs in symmetrical order, folding stapled paper at exact 45 degree, not being able to sleep if my bed is not exactly adjacent to the walls or that my pillow is not parallel to the edge of my bed, etc... freaky, rite?! before u dial institution of mental health, let me declare that am now OCD-free! hehehe~ and it's really because i know God and who i am in Him. in fact most ilnesses on earth are psychosomatic (caused by anxious mind) so peace in God is a great antidote! hmmm... so the church should haf longer queue than SGH or IMH yah?

sad that we must postpone our CG404 meeting to 7 jul cos cant get america rm for this comin mon and if we squeeze 100 ppl into central HQ, even the most powerful deodorant spray cant lift up the veil of aroma... so we'll be havin combined core team meeting instead! and PLS PROPOSE A NAME FOR C/NB&D/W!! haf yet to hear one that strikes me yet... bring 'em on!

listening >> pour my love on u
